Heavy plate and thick sections where laser throughput runs out. Oxy-fuel for the very heavy stuff, plasma for the mid-range.
What this capability is for
- Plate over 1" that laser cannot cut economically
- Structural shapes and heavy bar in long pieces
- Rough cuts that will be machined or ground later
Run in-house, not outsourced
Plasma / Oxy-fuel Cutting is part of our in-house processing floor, not a subcontracted vendor. That matters for three reasons: you are not waiting on a middleman, tolerances are held to spec before the part leaves our building, and next-day delivery still applies because the material never had to leave the yard.
